This role will see you working on a wide variety of campaigns and automation flows for a mix of clients across ecommerce, B2C and B2B, creating compelling emails that help our clients grow. This opportunity will fast-track your exposure to all aspects of email marketing, giving you exposure to multiple platforms including Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor, Smartr Mail, Hubspot and more, as well as the ability to flex your skills across CRM, loyalty and retention campaigns.

The Role

In this role you will be managing the email campaigns and developing automation flows for clients, working in collaboration with the account manager, other marketing specialists and your team leader to deliver outstanding campaigns that exceed the clients' objectives. You will be given the opportunity to come up with your own campaign concepts and have ownership over your clients' campaigns and executing them to latest best practice in email marketing. This is an opportunity to build in-depth skills and become email marketing specialist across a broad range of areas.

What This Means You'll Be Doing

Client Engagement & Relationships

  • Looking after a portfolio of 8-12 clients in various industries and of different sizes
  • Be actively involved in meetings and discussions to plan campaigns, compare results and provide insights and expertise
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teammates. This means meeting deadlines, being proactive and being flexible in your delivery.

Email Strategy & Execution

  • Project manage workflow from start to finish including creating briefs, coordinating design, content production, client reviews, and approvals
  • Create and deliver email communication - including writing copy, compelling subject lines and high converting landing pages
  • Confidently navigating ESP's to technically set up and deploy campaigns and automated workflows
  • Perform typical email marketing implementation such as creating new templates, building campaign flows and managing campaign scheduling
  • Undertake email optimisation projects such as; migrating ESPs, integrating into eCommerce platforms and performing segmentation.
  • Creating email roadmaps for clients, based on a solid understanding of current performance, the latest email trends and what you know about the clients’ customer, brand & product.
  • Come up with new ideas and tactics and develop creative concepts that align to the client’s goals
  • Review ESP, eCommerce or Google Analytics data to assess sales and performance to pull campaign results and create insightful reports in DataStudio

Team Collaboration & Integration

  • Be working in a small team of 6-8 people (known internally at Reload as a ‘Pod’) and you’ll establish yourself as one of the email experts
  • Work alongside digital marketing specialists from a variety of specialties, collaborating to spot opportunities and create holistic strategies that support your clients’ goals and objectives

What We're Looking For

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals – from understanding the customer journey and stages of the funnel, right through to the role of different tactics
  • Experience with ESPs to execute campaigns and automations will be preferred and highly regarded
  • Excellent written communication with the ability to write in various brand voices and craft compelling email copy
  • Comfortable with data to analyse performance, find opportunities and can tell a story through your reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered without errors and to the brief every time
  • You are someone who is at ease in a high-pressure environment, juggling multiple clients and effective in managing their workload to hit deadlines.
  • You are someone who is confident to solve problems themselves and doesn't stop until they get to the solution
  • You are someone who is naturally curious and likes to experiment with different ideas and find new ways of delivering great results
  • You are someone who gets genuine enjoyment from working with people and are comfortable talking to and meeting with clients from day one

Benefits & Salary

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000 plus Superannuation & benefits, based on experience.
