Reload Digital are looking for a eCommerce Account Manager with 1-2 years experience and a passion for all things eCommerce to join our growing team. As an independent agency, our London team of 27+ Reloaders work closely together, and acts as a digital extension of our client’s team for leading eCommerce and D2C brands such as Wrangler, Emma Bridgewater, New Era and Philip Kingsley. In this role you will be working in a dynamic team environment and will be responsible for “keeping the wheels moving” across all client engagement - this includes driving forward digital strategies, project managing all elements of the client work both internally and with the client, building trusted partnerships with clients and being the gate-keeper to ensure all client work is delivered to a high-standard and exceeding client expectations.

What will the role involve…

Client Execution:

  • Looking after a portfolio of 7-10 clients where you will be the primary day-to-day contact.
  • Building strong, personable relationships with your key client contacts.
  • Showcasing exceptional project management and organisation skills, especially when spinning multiple plates at once. You’ll be able to use these skills to coordinate internal teams and external clients to ensure no deadlines are missed and work is of a high quality & aligned to client goals.
  • Demonstrating close attention-to-detail, whether that’s avoiding typos in emails/reports, to being able to ensure nothing is missed for a client.

Client Strategy:

  • Thinking strategically about what’s going to grow eCommerce brands and having an awareness of how different channels/tactics work together and perform.
  • Presenting to your clients and groups of people, as well as collaborating on strategies with internal team-members.
  • Overseeing all of your client's digital activity and autonomously managing your own work and all deliverables.


  • Confidently using data to measure performance, with expertise using Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms. This includes monthly reporting insights and quarterly deep dives.
  • Creating customised reports through LookerStudio for your clients, to demonstrate the value of the digital activity they’re running through.

Who we are looking for…

We are open to a diverse range of in-house eCommerce and agency backgrounds, but to hit the ground running you’ll have a 1-2 year track record of working hands-on in account management, including:

  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client/customer service, ideally in an account management role.
  • A natural 'people person' who lives to exceed client expectations and takes the opportunity to build genuine client relationships.
  • At ease dealing with a fast paced agency environment, juggling 7-10 clients, managing your own workload and resilient to hitting client deadlines.
  • A collaborative attitude that’s able to provide and receive feedback constructively and work in a team with a focus on mutual success.
  • A proactive, 'take charge' approach to manage multiple projects and exceptional organisation skills to stay on top of your work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • A strong sense of accountability and autonomy to be self-directed to research issues and solve problems.
  • An exceptional written and verbal communicator, who demonstrates a close attention to detail - whether that’s avoiding typos in emails/reports, to being able to ensure nothing is missed for a client - and an ability to speak the language of the people in front of them.
  • Prior hands-on experience using digital tools (i.e. Google Analytics), website CMS or eCommerce platforms will be highly favoured but not essential.
